Cephas Karate-Jujitsu Elite ™ brings them all together to form a family originated and perfected martial art form. It is an effective self-defense system, based on the techniques of holds, locks, pressure points, kicks, punches and throws in order to defend against one or several attacking opponents.
Kids Cephas Karate-Jujitsu Elite ™
The Cephas Karate-Jujitsu Elite ™ program at CKJ Elite Academy also works great for kids. It blends together many different aspects of martial arts to get their minds working and show them all they are capable of.
